Meditation Classes and Meditation Room

Guided Meditation is a great way to reduce stress and anxiety as well as calming the body and mind.  Classes are 30 minutes in duration.  You can do meditation seated on a comfy large cushion, or lying on our matted floor.  Studies have shown that just five minutes of meditation per day can improve us mentally, physically and emotionally.  Have trouble slowing down at home or work?  This is the place for you.  Have trouble self-disciplining yourself to meditation or finding a space to meditate?  This is the place for you!

Relaxed clothing recommended.  You must check-in for class by 12 p.m. the day before to make sure you have a spot as class size is limited.  You can check-in via text to 720-607-6191.  Please arrive 10 minutes before class to choose your pillow and spot.  Once class starts, late arrivals may not interrupt the class.

 

Our meditation room is a private experience where you can lie down on a couch or sit and watch guided meditation or musical nature meditation to relax.  Headphones are provided and the room is kept to lighting of your preference.

Meditation Room:  $1 per minute…first 3 minutes free!

Meditation Class: $8 per class (minimum two persons to hold class)
