Once per month, on the 1st Saturday of the month, weather permitting, we will “Walk and Talk” or, if weather not permitting to walk, we will have “Coffee and Talk.”  Starts at 10 a.m. for 50 minutes.  Each month this coed adult group supports one topic.

Aspire Enrichment Center is designed to be a core for your self-development on every level…physical, mental and emotional

Our eclectic approach to self-enhancement and growth incorporates Yoga, Meditation, Massage-Reflexology-Reiki Treatments, Group and Individual Counseling, Women’s Self Defense and more.

For our customers, a menu of possible combinations is offered after an analysis, registration and interview.  In a collaborative effort with you, we help you pick what fits your personality type, level of tolerance, schedule, and age. We welcome the opportunity to help you in your journey to regain balance in your life.

We have to admit that our main market is towards females. Not that we don’t offer our services to males, our idea, however, is to support and empower women.

A lot of women get “stuck” putting everyone first and themselves last which can lead to physical, emotional and mental exhaustion. Our goal is to help you get the balance back by taking care of yourself FIRST so you will be available to take care of others. And we know your time is limited between work, family, and sleep! So we wanted to provide something that could help you on all levels and in one place.

So if you are still sabotaging your self-care with “I just don’t have time…” it’s time to make time.

Our center provides you with a place to take that time and put your self-care first.

Welcome to our center!

Devian Marquez

Yoga Instructor

From an early age Devian has been exploring consciousness. Starting at age 15, she discovered meditation in the form of dance and hulahooping and continued her journey of self healing and awareness through Yoga. Having experienced what it was like to connect mind, body, spirit, and breath, Devian pursues to teach that this experience is accesible to everyone.  To her, yoga is an expression of being able to tune in with your mind and emotions to growth within. All of the health benifits are an added bonus!

Being a new teacher, she has favored the quote “A good teacher knows they have a lot to teach and even more to learn.” She recognizes there’s always time to explore and learn more. Join her on your journey.
